Carlo Andrea Sardara was born in Sassari in 1967. He studied at the "Luigi Bocconi" Commercial University, Milan, where he graduated in 1992. He obtained the "Specialization Master in Corporate Tax Law" at the L. Bocconi Commercial University He then continued his training at the University of Sassari wherein in 1998 he acquired a PhD in "Law and Economics of Production Systems". Since 1993 he has been registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants of Sassari. In 1995, after having carried out auditing for the company Reconta - Earnst & Young and professional activity at the associate office
E. & G. of Chartered Accountants in Milan, he opened the "Studio Sardara in Sassari where, with the help, to date, of 15 collaborators including chartered accountants, accounting experts, graduates in Economics and accountants practising the profession of Chartered Accountant with positions as Tax and Corporate Consultant, Auditor and Auditor, Board Member and Liquidator of Srl, Spa and Publicly owned companies.
He also exercises the activity of Bankruptcy Trustee and Technical Consultant at the Court of Sassari.
Since 1995 he has been a consultant for various joint stock companies for facilitated finance operations, also concerning negotiated planning.
He is registered in the List of Arbitrators of the Arbitration Chamber of Sassari and registered in the List of Experts of the Court of Sassari. Finally, he works as a speaker at conferences and courses including the Masters in Tourism Economics and Marketing at the University of Sassari and the Pharmacy Economics course at the University of Sassari. In his spare time, he deals with volunteering and sports. He has held and holds executive positions in various voluntary associations; he is currently vice president of the “House of Fraternal Solidarity” and of “Alice Sassari”; in the past, he was president of the Rotary Club Sassari Silki, CEO of Polisportiva Dinamo and president of the Dinamo Foundation.
